nuke em for their oil

NUKE EM FOR THEIR OIL

Guest article posted earlier.

A Supreme Loyal Minion sent me a box of old books. Gunsmithing books from 1970 ( so old they were using Roman numerals in the copyright notice ). Civil defense pamphlets. Seventies survivalist books ( Tappan On Survival, etc. ). A few novels. And one book that made the box worth shipping ( if I know what I’m getting beforehand and agree to it, I’m happy to pay the postage- you too can get rid of your clutter and turn your entire library electronic. I’m happy to help out a brother ). “The Survival Greenhouse” by James DeKorne. I should have known that anyone with that first name was going to be alright ( I only cut Rawles as much slack as I do because of his first name ) but previously I had been put off by the ancient homegrown appearance of the book and the picture on the back with exceptionally bad hair ( even in my Hippie period of hair covering the top of my ears and touching my collar I had nicer looking hair- perhaps this was a general cultural blow back in the Eighties from the extremely embarrassing hair a decade previous ) dweeb with birth control glasses ( military issue plastic frame eye glasses that rendered any wearer absolutely impervious to contributing to the gene pool ). But once I started reading this book from the 70’s I was quite impressed. Here was a guy that moved to New Mexico at seven thousand feet with 11 inches of rain a year and tried to grow most of his vegetables and some of his protein in a sunken pit greenhouse.

*

This goes far beyond the underground greenhouse book we just talked about, “Earth-Sheltered Solar Greenhouse Book”, in that it isn’t about the construction so much as about the growing of plants organically and hydroponically. The author basically used a gravity fed manure tea for the growth solution. The Ochler book teaches a cheaper construction method and covers up to date glass/insulation materials. It also talks about cold sinks. That book is really a must-have for a non-petroleum greenhouse. But this earlier book is invaluable for a concise proven organic crop method using easy do-it-yourself hydroponics. He presents the triumphs as well as the pitfalls ( the aquaculture aspect with its power requirements didn’t work as planned ). And he used his greenhouse in one of the worse environments in the US outside of Alaska. A wonderful addition to your library.

No weapon of war goes unused. Nuclear weapons have already been used, and they will be used again. Because it has been twenty years since the Soviet Union threatened us, and because of the American Empire’s Keystone Kop routine desperately casting about for a suitable replacement to fear and loath ( oh, golly, look at those evil Iraqi’s with the Third Largest Land Army In The World!!!! Umm, okay, oh, golly, look at those evil Arab terrorists with Weapons Of Mass Box Cutting Destruction!!!! No? Uhhh, okay, oh, golly, look at those isolated Afghan tribes armed with AK-47’s!!! Yeh, it’s a lot harder than it looks ) we have collectively forgotten that there are still a lot of nuclear weapons out there. Oh, we know they are out there. But we look at them like the M-16 in the police cruisers locked trunk. We try to avoid the Taser and even though we know his sidearm is a limp wrist faggoty 9mm we still figure it is best to avoid getting shot with it. But we rarely think the dude is going to haul out the assault carbine and go full auto medieval on us. It is a weapon of last resort, for evil gangs, and we are just some skinny crackhead with bad teeth.

*

Well, that shiny rifle in the trunk is going to be the only perceived means of settling a dispute one day. Nuclear weapons are a means of last resort. They act as the final threat in case conventional arms are defeated. China wouldn’t occupy our country as long as we could lob a few submarine based missiles into Peking. We could shrink significantly in military might and as long as we had nukes we wouldn’t be invaded. But the problem isn’t defensive nuclear weapons. It is offensive nuclear weapons. I largely discount non-state sponsored nukes as a threat. Yes, tactical nukes can be supplied to a terrorist, but more than likely from a patron nation state. Even if a terrorist delivers the bomb in a small compact car parked next to the White House ( or even carries it across borders on a donkey ) more than likely the source was a regular nation with the financial means to reliably construct the weapon. The weapon is simple enough but the infrastructure behind it is complex. But whatever form it takes or from whatever source a terrorist nuke comes, the effects will be negligible. One city, a few cities, whatever. You might destroy a country economically this way, but it certainly won’t be a glassed over wasteland like we had to worry about during the Cold War. When even had we survived the blasts, a nuclear winter would have killed off all but a few canned food scavenging savages, teeth and hair falling out, crapping blood into their layers of polyester clothing. Collectively we were so happy to see the end to that threat that we once again ignored the nightmare in the room.

*

There was a tee-shirt and bumper sticker from the oil shocked seventies to the effect that we should Nuke Em And Take Their Oil. The audacity, those Sand Negro’s had. Thinking that it was their oil buried under their feet. Thinking that we wouldn’t march in there and secure our energy future. The Carter Doctrine said just that. Mess with “our” oil and we will use whatever force needed to take it back. I don’t think many folks blinked an eye. Hell, we were already on the edge of the abyss, ready to kill each other, or so the propaganda went. Why not add another reason to nuke the bastards, should Red armor stand between us and our means of transporting to work in the Cadillac. The thing was, nuclear war, viewed from a very safe distance of hindsight, was never really that much of a threat. Our attitude was basically that we refused to risk another Great Depression, so we kept the economy on a war time footing. The Soviets, after losing tens of millions to the Nazi’s, were unwilling to risk being invaded ( and of course the side benefit was to prop up their economy- but in both our cases, naked fear of ourselves rather than each other predestined our course ). We really had no reason to go to war with nuclear weapons as long as the bluster was largely confined to the home front consumers. Each side benefited from the threat. They wouldn’t have benefited from actual global domination. Which is why I smile at the never defeated Commie Hunters. Even twenty years after the Soviet’s ceased to provide us with our excuse to arm, they soldier on in the fight, as resilient as surviving Japanese soldiers left behind on Pacific islands, looking for GI’s to kill with bolt actions lubricated with coconut oil.

*

After being lulled to sleep with the demise of the Soviet threat, we forgot that nuclear weapons were still a threat. Not from an initial first strike by sneaky commie bastards but by our own empire. Nuclear weapons, being a defensive measure of last resort should conventional forces fail, are also the only weapon left after conventional forces become financially untenable. Our economy is in rapid meltdown as you read this. Yet, somehow, we will never have to give up our expensive high tech military? Even as financial Armageddon meets Peak Oil collapse, you think our military will still be able to fight with conventional forces? Our imperial army will slowly dissolve as did the world’s last. From fielding millions to the European trenches, to today’s mere token force barely holding ground without American logistics ( I don’t question the skill or courage of the individuals, just their financial support ), the British are the bellwether American’s should heed. In short order, our forces will no longer be funded. Nuclear weapons will be the only force we can project to keep our control.

*

We won’t shy from using them. We used nukes to build our empire and we will use them to hold it. To conclude otherwise is to live in a Happy Place of Pollyanna’s skipping barefoot around the rainbow, ignoring history in a valiant effort to still live the dream of petroleum enabled peace and prosperity. And once we once again let the nuclear genie out of the bottle, what are we faced with? Either environmental disaster at best, or other nation state retaliation at worst. We won’t give up our power without using every weapon at our disposal. While I don’t think the weapons exchange will necessitate building and inhabiting a fallout shelter for months, it can cascade events downhill much more quickly, and bring back those magical years of Fifties atmospheric tests that saw a whole generation die early from cancer. Enjoy your opulent lifestyle while you can, you’ll be paying for it soon enough.

James,
To my knowledge you have never opined about the 'chemtrail' spraying that has been going on over a decade worldwide. I don't have a chemistry set but I've been told it contains barium, arsenic, chromium, lead and a variety of biological components.( Very similar to the product used for the gulf oil spill)

It's kind of hard to miss if you look up.Everyone is living in denial about this and laughing it off as contrails.Military aircraft do not play tic tac toe in the sky!

I would be interested to know what you think about this.I would like to think our own air force isn't killing us but this national anxiety is not normal. We have weathered lots of storms as Americans but now there is a underlying feeling of hopelessness that permeates our nation. What our the odds that this feeling has been chemically induced?

The Chinese would use our downfall to invade local areas of interest. Long range invasion is extremely expensive in a situation where the target cannot support the invaders: usually the case in modern warfare.

Well, yeah, but here is a counter argument. The reason why the U.S. is so threatened is because we have not even attempted to become self sufficient in energy. So when the oil producers threaten to raise prices, we get pissed and threaten to take the oil by force.

By what reasoning? Its their country, their rules. We have no right to demand the price comes down. We don't like the price - shop elsewhere.

Try turning it around. If a foreign government were unhappy with our actions and threatened to come into our country, what would we do? I think we'd kick some ass is what I think we would do, invasion hell.

I think that your thoughts that the government would use nukes to defend the USA is wishful thinking. I think those truly in power don't give a rats azz about defending the American people.
They are more than happy to use the US imperial power to control oil and resources. But it is not for our benefit. If they would use a nuke to protect our country, they would also close the border to protect the country. I think the puppet masters will use the US resources until they control all the money, food, energy, water, oceans, minerals, ect. then hand whats left of us to our enemies.
If we are to defend our country it will be on a local level.

awaitiong when the sheeple gather and riot to protest the leaders may discover the president by-law from the civil rights movement of the sixties allowing your leaders to use VX gas or light nuclear weapons to combat insurrection or revolutions...

To the post about chem trails,
what I wonder is (if they are true)
how do the very pilots and other instigators keep themselves and their families from being affected?

Answer me that please.

You are absolutely correct in stating we will end up using our nukes for oil. Insanity !
All the technology exists to bypass oil yet we will take the easy route, and steal rather than change our ways. For we are ruled by thugs and thieves.
Not to mention the fact that the sheeple are stubborn and lazy.

To Anon 743,
The simple answer is I don't know. Maybe they are taking a sugar pill and are being convinced they are protected.

Maybe they are being told some incredible bullshit and BELIEVE like a religious or political fanatic.

Maybe they think they are saving the world installing this ozone screen in the sky which will protect us during the planetary realignment.

I don't know! Ten aircraft flying back and forth in formation, making the sky go from blue to white, is not normal air traffic.

If you think me asking the question puts us on opposite sides then go outside and take deep breaths. I just ask a question!
